Cheese Shell Tacos

Cheese Shell Tacos 

You must try these yummy and easy to make mini tacos !!!

What You Will Need :
  1. For the shells : 3 cups of freshly shredded cheddar cheese (or experiment with your favorite cheeses!)

  2.   For the beef filling :1 pound ground beef.

  3. 1 small onion, diced.
  4. Tasty's photo.3 garlic cloves, chopped.
  5. 1 jalapeƱo, seeded and diced.
  6.  1 packet of taco seasoning.
  7.  1/3 cup of water (if needed).
Recipe :

  1. Preheat your oven to 350˚F/ 175˚C.
  2. Place your cheese in neat piles on a non-greased baking sheet and bake for about eight minutes, until all the individual shreds melt into one disc. 
  3. To form the shells, lay them over a propped-up utensil. (Or you can use anything in your kitchen — a wide bowl or saucepan could work too!) Set these aside to cool.
  4. Next, it’s time to make your taco filling! We used a quick beef taco filling by browning off some ground beef on a high heat. 
  5. Then throw in your onion, garlic, and jalapeƱos right in with the cooked beef. Sprinkle over your taco seasoning packet and add water if you need it for a nice saucy filling.Be careful not to let the cheese color too much.
  6.  Once they are all melted, let them cool for two minutes on your baking sheet, then lift them onto paper towels to blot off any excess grease.

Mozzarella Cheese Balls

Mozzarella Cheese Balls

You have to try this yummy and easy to make mozzarella cheese balls !!!

What You Need:

  1. 2 cans refrigerated biscuits (7.5 oz each).
  2. 4 oz Mozzarella cheese cut into 20 equal cubes.   
  3. 8 oz jar of basil pesto.
  4. 4 Tbsp. melted butter.
  5. 2 cloves of garlic.
Recipe :

  1.  Cut biscuit dough in half. Flatten dough.
  2.  spread a teaspoon of pesto in the center of the dough, place a Mozzarella cube on top, pinch the sides around the cheese so the pesto and cheese are completely encased by the dough.
  3.  Place stuffed dough balls in a cast iron pan. 
  4.  Crush garlic and mix with melted butter. Brush the garlic butter over each ball.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes at 400˚F / 200˚C or until the dough is golden brown. Serve warm.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Fries

Chicken Bacon Ranch Fries

If you love fries you should try this yummy recipe .

What You Will Need :

  1. 1 Chicken Breast.
  2. 1 Bag Frozen Fries.
  3. Salt and pepper.
  4. 2 tbsp chopped green onion .
  5. 1 clove garlic .
  6. 1/4 cup ranch dressing .
  7. 1/4 cup crumbled bacon .
  8. 1 cup shredded mozzarella .
Recipe :
  1. Spread fries evenly on baking sheet. 
  2.  Season with salt.
  3.  Bake e at 425 F for 20 minutes. 
  4. Cook garlic, add chicken, then parsley, and season with salt & pepper to taste.
  5.  In a skillet, lay down fries.
  6.  Follow by 1/2 cup mozzarella, ranch dressing, the cooked chicken, the other 1/2 cup mozzarella, bacon, and green onion. 
  7. Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garlic Knot White Pizza Dip

Garlic Knot White Pizza Dip

Today we are going to make the most delicious pizza dip ever !!!

What You Will Need :

  1. 3 cups of chicken stock.
  2.  3 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed.
  3. 4 oz of salted butter.
  4. 1/2 cup of heavy cream.
  5. 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese.
  6. 1/2 cup of reserved chicken stock from cooking potatoes.
  7.  Eggs.
  8.  Bacon.
  9. Chives.
Recipe :

  1. Boil mashed potatoes in chicken stock until potatoes are tender.
  2.  Remove potatoes and place in a large bowl. (Make sure to reserve the chicken stock in case the potatoes are too dry.) 
  3. Add butter and heavy cream to the potatoes and start mashing. 
  4. While still warm, add the shredded parmesan cheese and continue mashing. If it’s too dry, add the reserved chicken stock. 
  5. Spoon the mashed potatoes into your half pint mason jar about half way.
  6.  Crack an egg on top and close the jar. 
  7. In a large enough pot to hold all of your jar, bring water to a boil. You want enough water so that when you place the jar, the water comes up to just under the lid. 
  8. When the water is boiling, carefully put in your closed jars. Cover with a lid, and let it simmer for 12 - 15 minutes, longer if you prefer your eggs to be less runny.

Cheesy Crackers

Cheesy Crackers

What You Will Need :

  1. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature.
  2. 3/4 cup lightly packed (3 ounces) sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  3. 1/3 cup lightly packed (1 ounce) Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, finely grated
  4.  1/2 teaspoon paprika
  5. Pinch of cayenne
  6.  1/4 teaspoon salt
  7. 1/2 cup (2 1/4 ounces) all-purpose flour      
  8. 1 tablespoon cold water 
Recipe:

  1. Simply place all the ingredients in food processor and pulse until the dough turns to a dough.
  2. Using your hands, form dough into ball, press then roll out 1/8″ thick on a floured surface.  Try to roll into a rectangle, the best you can – doesn’t have to be perfect.
  3. Use pizza cutter (pastry cutter or knife would work too OR use a ravioli cutter for ridged edges,  ) to cut dough into one inch squares.  
  4. Use a wooden skewer to poke a hole in the center of each square.
  5. Place crackers on greased baking sheet.  Transferring the crackers to the baking sheet goes quicker if you use a spatula.  You can place them pretty close on the pan, they puff up, but don’t spread out.
  6. Bake at 350° for about 15 minutes.  Store in airtight container for up to 2-3 days. 
  7. Enjoy !!!!
