Pretzel Blanket

Pretzel Blanket 

What You Will Need :
  1. 1 Package Cocktail Franks/mini hot dogs
  2. 1 Ball Pizza Dough 
  3. 5 Cups Water
  4. 1/4 Cup Baking Soda
  5. 1 Egg - beaten 
  6. Sea Salt                                                        

Recipe :

  1. Bring pizza dough to room temperature. 
  2. Cut the dough into strips and stretch/roll out. 
  3. Roll up mini hot dogs in pizza dough so the dough wraps around twice - leaving the ends sticking out and cutting off any excess. 
  4. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet until ready to boil. 
  5. Bring 5 Cups of water to a light boil.
  6.  Add in 1/4 cup of Baking Soda.
  7.  Once dissolved - boil wrapped hot dogs in water mixture for 20-30 seconds each (working in small batches). 
  8. Remove and place back on baking tray. 
  9. Brush each lightly with beaten egg and sprinkle with sea salt. 
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 425˚F (220˚C) for 15-20 minutes - until the dough is nicely browned.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Today we are going to do something we all love Chocolate chip cookies. Let's get started!!!

What you will need :            
                                         
  1. 2 1/2 cups (350 g) all purpose flour.
  2. 3/4 teaspoon baking soda.
  3. 1/8 teaspoon salt .
  4. 1 cup (8 ounces/225 g) unsalted butter, at room temperature .
  5. 1 cup (215 g) packed light brown sugar.
  6. 3/4 cup (150 g) granulated sugar.
  7.  1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  8. 2 large eggs, at room temperature.
  9. 2 cups (about 225 g) nuts, such as walnuts, pecans, almonds, or macadamia nuts, toasted and coarsely chopped.
  10. 14 ounces (400 g) bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped into 1/2- to 1-inch (1.5- to 3-cm) chunks or 3 cups (340 g) chocolate drops.
Recipe
  1. 1.
    In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  2. 2.
    In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment (or in a bowl by hand), beat together the butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla on medium speed just until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time until thoroughly incorporated, then stir in the flour mixture followed by the nuts and chocolate chunks.

    On a lightly floured work surface, divide the dough into quarters. Shape each quarter into a log about 9 inches (23 cm) long. Wrap the logs in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, preferably for 24 hours.
  4. 4.
    Position racks in the upper and lower thirds of the oven; preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
  5. 5.
    Slice the logs into disks 3/4 inch (2 cm) thick and place the disks 3 inches (8 cm) apart on the prepared baking sheets. If the nuts or chips crumble out, simply push them back in.
  6. 6.
    Bake, rotating the baking sheets midway through baking, until the cookies are very lightly browned in the centers, about 10 minutes. If you like soft chocolate chip cookies, as I do, err on the side of under baking.
  7. 7.
    Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets until firm enough to handle, then use a spatula to transfer them to a wire rack.
  8. 8.
    Storage: The dough logs can be refrigerated for 1 week or frozen for up to 1 month. The baked cookies will keep well in an airtight container for up to 4 days.

Pizza Twist

Pizza Twist

What you will need :

  1. 2 sheets of puff pastry
  2. Pizza Sauce 
  3. Shredded cheese
  4. Egg wash


Directions : 

  1. Place the two sheets of puff pastry on a parchment paper lined baking tray.
  2.  Cut out equal size circles.
  3.  Remove the top sheet. 
  4. On the bottom sheet, spread pizza sauce and shredded cheese. 
  5. Place the other sheet of puff pastry on top.
  6.  Take a glass and place it in the center of the circle. 
  7. Using a knife or scissors, cut strips away from the edge of the glass.
  8.  Take each strip and twist. Brush egg wash over the top of the puff pastry.
  9.  Bake at 400°F/204°C for 20-25 minutes.

Marshmallow Dip

Then break out those graham crackers:

Recipe:

  1. You will need chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham crackers.
  2. Start by heating the oven to 450 degrees.
  3. Empty a bag of chocolate chips into a skillet or oven-safe pan.
  4. Top off with jumbo marshmallows.
  5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  6. Enjoy this yummy taste and go to paradise .
